• Thames Gateway – management of a number of projects in the Thames Gateway, including a former Esso site (Purfleet) and former Celcon Works site (Grays), requiring close working relationships with Council and Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation. Required an understanding and management of urban regeneration processes and multiple stakeholder interests.
  • Biotechnology Campus, Cambridge – Lead planning consultant and project team member. Since 1999, led the masterplanning and staged development of a leading bio-technology campus in the Green Belt on the edge of Cambridge. Involved close working relationships within private/public sector partnerships and complex issue resolution (Green Belt issues, flood risk, design, archaeology, transport, conservation).
  • All Saints Hospital, Chatham, Kent – regeneration of hospital site for mixed uses including 200 homes. Required management of complex issues and sensitivities of local stakeholders (including public meetings/exhibition).
